Yes I too felt after watching Indian3 trailer. The content idea is very good but execution failed because of splitting into two parts. All Gujarat scene, killing someone in that gravity space, 1st half many scenes are also dragged. They should have added more racy screenplay with strong emotions. Even the scene of Siddharth confronting Indian2 was so fast that we couldn't connect with that Emotion.

I didnt see this review and took a bold step to watch this movie. As you mentioned, I was one of those 90's kids who was awestuck by simple genius of story telling from Shankar. For a reason I feel like his story telling started rolling down the hill since nanban (3 Idiots) remake. Infact that decision itself sounded whats wrong with Shankar because by then I think most of South India already watched 3 Idiots when you got date from a superstart like Vijay why do you do a remake like that. Coming to this Bharateeyudu2 , cringe at its best, I mean that diamond studded turtles on side actress belly, filthy rich billionare with Cash and gold dump with gold toilet, another crazy freak by the way he is just a Real Estate tycoon who wears 6 layers of gold ornaments and drives Rolls Royce into his bedroom. If he would have focused on the main line, catch hold of culprits in your house and worked around it, it would have been a thought provoking hit like vintage Shankar movies. Comedy is if bharatheeyudu is such a noted criminal wont they issue red corner notice so that forget about landing in India , taipei officials themselves would have stopped him. CBI officer directly comes to airport exactly when taipei flight lands not before or not after. Most ridiculous thing, why did he bring his retired father while coming to arrest a criminal. The list goes on... I dont know why you suggested one time watch but I would say this is sheer injustice to Bharateeyudu movie itself to do and watch this installment. Finally, I realised , Anirudh would have seen this movie during RR and realized not worth wasting his time on hence the quality.

The worst decision is to release it in 2 parts. Clearly he could have trimmed most part of the film . They just wanted to create hype for part 3 with indian 2 . But in reality Indian 2 created backlash for Indian 3 . Or they would have planned to gain more profit by releasing in 2 parts
