Broomfield Maidstone, Kent bells being rung down after test-ring 10/6/15

10/6/15 The four new bells (Treble donated by the Verger, 2nd a redundant Warner bell, 3rd the original treble of 3, and so untuned, and 4th a William Hatch bell, the original 2 of 3 tuned) are here being rung down following the test ring.
The Tenor (the old Tenor of 3) is to be returned to the tower shortly and hung to complete the ring of 5, though it is hoped that in the future another treble may be added to make a complete ring of 6 (there is a spare pit).
New wooden framework built and fitted by Chris Saunders (Churchwarden)
Bells fitted and gear supplied by John Taylor & Co., Loughborough.
Bells hung by Brian Butcher (KCACR 'Redleader') assisted by Chris Cooper.
