Thank you for this video, how did you know the engine is broken ? mine is "working" but smell a little burn and make more noise than usual ! I think it's coming from the motor too

It was fast forward on beginning, but that sound of motor was hard metal 🤣 whole vacuum cleaner was shaking because bearings on motor was totally damaged, rotor was moving inside, so it was little miracle that motor was connected)… motor can be repaired, if someone really wants to spend whole day/evening with it (by replacing bearings), but imho it cost lot of nerves and time… few times when I tried to disassemble rotor from motor, I damaged/bend metal case because bearing was stuck, maybe wd40 would help, but it cost too much effort and time (customer get 2y warranty with new motor and only repair would cost more for work) 🤔

👍 you need PNC (product number 9xx xxx xxx - xx) from bottom of your vacuum cleaner or at least model. Then you can use that on electrolux website to find exact motor for your model. When you have spare part number, then try to find it from any seller (or service) in your country, sometimes price on official electrolux website is higher than should be. If you cant find those numbers from your vacuum cleaner or website, then write it to me, I will try to find that motor from official technical documentation.
