One sounds like an ebell on cold start and the other had a bad capacitor

The sound of the bell being broken is even scary

this is what happens when you have a good cold freezing night. they dont like that alot! happens here often too

Real sick e-bells, This happens in the US and everywhere when the weather gets hot or cold and some of the working parts get messed up

This cannot be real since these bell doesn't sound like it's from Sweden at all Sweden uses Vialis EBA e-bells (both Sweden type, Finnish type, original type (Netherland sound)) and LB Signalutveckling S023 and they sound nothing like this And why do they raise pitch when on activation and lower pitch as time goes on like you see on those sick WCH e-bells

It's real and as the title suggests, they're not functioning properly. The weird sounds most likely happened because of low temperatures, then as it got warmer condensation formed within the bells.
