Hey jake, i love when you make balloon videos, really helps me learn as in my opinion baloon is not only one of the most versatile (accross archetypes) win conditions but also one of the hardest win conditions to play in the game. I personally have been having some success with pekka lumberloon freeze with void.

@@Thatonekid-wi7fp harder than you think, both balloon and freeze are big commitments, also pretty much everything in pekka lumberloon freeze is a substancial commitment, so one wrong play could lose you the game if you aren't properly thinking through every choice you make.

ACK! You've discovered one of my creations! (or at least those of us that started doing this upon Void). This strategy helped me push forward again while I've been drudging through the mid tiers...again (new account). I decided to meld arrow/log bait with secondary speed pushing....AND voiding things in their path. Evolved Archers (affordable bait, fastest DPS when left unchecked, or really really good), Arrows (I have used Rage instead as well, Amazing results...but can go wrong too), Bomber, Guards (serve as pushers and Hard stop), Minions (bait, air pushers, modest yet reasonably serious DPS when left unchecked as well), Balloon (win condition, hot air shield and singular aerial bomb for pushes in pinch), Giant (Win condition, meat shield, mutton chops), and a cabinet of Void. When swapping Arrows for Rage, play chill. Determine their counters FIRST unless you want to throw your Ace in the hole away. This deck can support from the back just fine with only a void spell to tip the scales. THEN it's best to gauge your elixir trades positive if you can and once you KNOW you are ahead, THEN do the double with a reasonable caboose. Deploy the balloon near the center if you expect a building, to the far side of the tower if they have a good ranged defense. If theres a DD for the love of God do not send a balloon out there in desperation. You may as well delete elixir via keystroke. And ie, once that cannon gets dropped or tesla or inferno or whatever in the middle if thats their strategy, drop the balloon right there, let it float like you don't care...once it hits the destination, place your Rage in the off towards the middle side of the tower like a blast radius between the balloon, the giant, and the tower, it will boost EVERYONE coming in the caboose if left alone. If the drop skarmies, wait for the skarmy....fool them once, shame on them...but more often than not, I've seen quick on their feet players figure out not to drop them for that reason....you have one to two surprises you can drop like that in a match. Deploy them well. ~Sir Name

Great video as always Jake: i think either you or your editors changed the levels of the sounds of the game, the music and the little meme sounds, etc... IMHO i liked more how it was before because sometimes it sounds "empty" if it makes sense. Hope this can help you keeping up the good work

FINALLY I WAS LOOKING FOR A BALOON DECK FOR AGES! Btw in the first game you could've used just the void instead of arrows skeles and bomber cuz apparently void fully counters graveyard

Void is a pretty good graveyard defense if you do it early because it does kill all the skeletons as long as there aren’t like 4 at once and if you do it early there usually isn’t

A bit random, but what do you think about this goblin-cage rework Jake ? - Lifetime: 20s ---> 30 (Standardised. More viable to cycle for elixir efficiency, especially in 1x elixir) - Mass (Pushing power): 2 ---> 6 (6 is the same as Prince. This allows the Brawler to push heavier troops like the Giant more easily.) - Speed: Fast ---> Very fast (Makes center placements more viable against Hog & RoyalHogs as can chase them down. Stronger on offense. Will push mini-tanks like IceGolem, Knight, Valk, EGolem quicker). - Hit speed: 1.1s ---> 1.0s (Slightly better solo against swarm troops) - Damage: 337 ---> 261 (Exactly enough to 1-shot a Princess. Also 1-shots: DartGob, GuardShield, RascGirl, Gob, SpearGob, Spirits, Skelly) - Net DPS reduction is 85.2% of original (15% reduction in DPS). - Health: Reduced to compensate for all the buffs. I'm not sure how much this should be. Tweak after player-testing. 2 big buffs, 2 small buffs, 2 big nerfs. Overall, a net-buff. At the expense of DPS and Health, overall versatility and QOL is increases massively. Now, it can compete with other buildings as a more offensive option.

Just saying.. But wont this deck could get hard countered by pekka bridge spam deck.. His pekka can always destroy the giant and a perfect ideal eletro wizard can stun the fisher man or balloon.. I mean balloon would still connect but only for one hit.. But the counter push after that will be really hard for a normal player to defend that. So any tips regarding that?... If any.. You can always yoinks the pekka away and get a lot of damage with giant...but how will one will be able to defend the pekka after that.. This deck doesn't have any tank killers except a little pheonix

Elector wizard would never be able to stun or stop a fisherman from pulling a pekka away & ewiz and all ranged cards get melted by void for positive elixir trades, so your phoenix and skeletons have no problems deleting Pekka.

Try not to go aggressive until you know what your opponents deck is. In double elixir it’s easy to defend with optimal skeletons to distract, fisherman to pull, and Phoenix to damage down bridge spam pushes BUT if you over commit and spend too much in single without knowing what your opponents have, you will lose. So figure out what your opponent has first in single and then attack more aggressively if you find out they have a control deck that’s more defensive or if you know their card cycle and they won’t be able to stop a giant balloon void

Yeah I do read all comments I can! Most OP thing is dagger duchess, which needs a damage nerf and most OP card is void since it does too much damage in its first volley. I would change it so it does less damage in its first hit and more damage later on
