I genuinely love when writers do things just to add stuff on Wikia. It happens sometimes in other fandoms too.

This is so bizarre. I've been watching Broke Canon since day one and it's starting to become almost therapeutic for me. Just listening to Sam's voice talk about random, weird, and downright batshit insane facts about this little sci-fi show we all know and love, just relaxes me. I listen to them on the commute, at the gym. I don't know what it is but I'm just so drawn to it. Is it Sam's voice, the delivery? Who knows. But i will say this. You don't get content like this with other franchises. Jurassic Park sure doesn't have trivia like this. And I think that's why I always come back to Doctor Who. It's my safe zone. My happy place. And Broke Cannon just makes it all the more cozier. Keep at it Sam!

This video was a welcome distraction from the fact that one of my wisdom teeth is erupting which is causing immense amounts of pain, so thank you for that.

Bessie keeps getting referred to in various media as a sprightly yellow roadster. But it’s a Siva Tourer kit car built on a Ford a Popular base. Roadsters don’t have back seats. What’s worse is when the Doctor is written describing it as a roadster. I once saw the same model in a car showroom in real life. Rassilon knows what it was doing there......

I’m not sure what’s funnier. The fact the Third Doctors car could’ve become a run or that Brum is the car the third doctor drove around

For a low budget Sci-Fi Fantasy that is only still alive through comics and audio books because the TV ratings fucking crashed There sure are a lot of fucking universe ending super weapons Doctor Who is pretty underrated when it comes to factions Like ye, the Daleks look stupid and always lose due to plot armour but put them against literally any other Sci-Fi faction and the Daleks would fucking curb stomp them into oblivion Well maybe not the Q or the Chaos gods but pretty much every other faction would get fucking obliterated

Hear me out: a torture device called The Best Day. A Time Lord torture device. When you are shot with it, the AI in the gun checks your timeline for the happiest moment in your life. It then alters that day to make it a terrible day. You remember the original timeline but you also know it more as a dream and it haunts you, making you long for it. Driving you mad because you consciously know it didn't happen but long so hard that it did. Everyone else who enjoyed the elements of that day that the weapon altered knows in the back of their head, like a tummy feel, that you were somehow responsible. They don't consciously know, of course, but they iust got this feeling and it makes them resent you. And, of course, it only gets worse the more its used. Because, if you are shot again, well, now you lost your second happiest day. After all, since you no longer have your happiest day in your timeline, your former second happiest day is your happiest day now. And the more you use it, the more happy days it takes from you. Given the life and nature of the target, you can eventually rob them of every happy day they ever had and leave them a miserable, broken mess. Imagine your happy wedding day becoming a terrible mess where you were almost left at the alter and the awful experience now sourced your honeymoon and early marriage. The birth of your child is undone as they're born stillborn and now you are full of terrible regret as you remember the timeline where he lived. And on and on. I think that'd be inventive.
