These mirrors and bar ends look great, are clearly very high quality, and I find them to be much more usable than the stock mirrors. I imagined that there might be a tradeoff, but I get to eat the cake, too. And it is great to be able to easily pop them inward when pulling into the garage next to the Lamb...Rav4. And I went with the Gen 1 bar ends per Brogue's recommendation, and that was the right advice. Pro tip for other idiots like me: Do not use a 5 (or whatever) Metric Allen/Hex key on the inner bolt when trying to remove the stock bar ends like I stupidly did; use a number 8 in the larger/outer bolt hole.

What size brackets are the mirror mounts designed for if I wanted to install a non-CRG bar end? My bar end mirror brackets are 0.375" in width.

Gen 1 are .45 and gen 2 are .5 of an inch. Hope this helps!!!
Are you able to mount the mirrors on the oem bars themselves?

What's the difference between Gen1 and Gen2? I have a 2022 MT-07. Just do Gen2?

The only difference between the two is Gen 1 only allows for half clamp type mirrors to be installed and 2 will allow closed or half. Some prefer the look of the gen1 over Gen 2 (like me). Hope this helps!

@@broguemotorcycles Excellent, I will go with Gen1 then. Thank you. What tends to be more popular: the 2" or 3" mirrors? Looking to grab a helmet lock, mirrors, mirror mounts, and a tail tidy kit. Will then look to request a front light and some other items from Santa :)
