GaN technology is well suited to the realisation of Power Amplifiers. This video tutorial describes the design, layout and simulation of a 2-18GHz PA MMIC using Keysight's ADS. The MMIC process is 0.25um gate length GaN on SiC.

    Hello sir, that was very useful and and clear video.I was waiting for the such type of help. I am also using a similar approach ,not using dummy load on drain side to increase the amount of o/p power or current.. Can you provide me the circuit simulation parameters you have used.? I have my dissertation on the distributed power amplifier with improved PAE. Also suggest me a book related to power amplifier which is more practical for designing the DPA. thanks
