Remove n slide the shoulder armor its magnets .. u slide them down and move the arms where u want like say a T pose. And then slide pads back up ..

Thank you I watched another video and saw that was the case I very hesitant to force any action figure so I didn't realize this. They definitely should have included a visual manual to show that though.
