@@lindsey7951 I saw that too. It feels odd I posted this yesterday then she said that today. But she also says she’s been writing music all along, and she released Hold Me Closer and Mind Your Business in the last 2 years. She’s still been actively involved in music. It is okay if she never returns to performing or releasing her own albums, but that was once Britney’s true passion. It was stolen from and poisoned for her. I wish she heals and feels that joy again, without fear of what could happen as a performer. She had a traumatizing experience with family, paparazzi, threats. I’d only want her to do it once she feels happy and ready. I just hope she does, because that’s who she is.

So here I am as a “gen-z 1998” that relates way more to millennials rewatching Sabrina the Teenage Witch Series and I am on the episode where Sabrina and Britney Spears meet. Man how I wish I grew up during the simpler times..🥺💛

Many people wondering why Britney made this huge career and why Jessica Simspon or other pop singers like Willa Ford or other didn't..But let's face it, at this time Britney had the whole package: she looks good, she dance very vell, her voice is nice, her acting is very natural and for sure she has the most catchy and great songs. She just nails it in 90-2000. Of course there was many great, but she was chosen by good managers and chosen by people needs. That's why she's icon. I'll always listen her song with sentiment. It reminds me good, old times.

Alex Davis She actually does have a good voice, but as it matured she struggled to keep the nasally younger voice she was known for. It’s hard for her to imitate now since her voice is naturally deeper.

Other songs are hinting to the magical beauty and dynamic move like a dancing Monroe, this one totally nailed it, from beginning to end explains perfection. No additional dancing sound effect, no deliberate electronic part insertion, no endless costume change. Just a pure dance song that explains the character.
Britney and Melissa Joan Hart, 90's teen icons. You gotta love it.

as sad as it sounds they won't make a movie until her death (knock on wood not trying to be literal but speaking the truth)
There’s something so magical and impossible to name about having grown up during this era. The energy her videos gave …was so outer-worldly, rich and pigmented, exploding my imagination, and bringing me deeper into a love for music. “Oops” especially. Britney doesn’t get *nearly* enough credit for her creative mind; namely, the video concepts she came up with herself. She knew 👏her 👏sh*t 👏from such a young age… 10, 12 years old… A queen and a powerhouse. It’s time the world treasures her fully…
