Very well said! ❤ It's so sad to me that she kept so many painful things, experiences, etc to herself all these years - particularly her unplanned pregnancy with JT and the trauma associated with it. With only herself and 2 other people aware of it, all of these years. I'm very happy that she wrote her book allowing herself to bare her soul, the good, the bad and the ugly. I'm confident that writing this book was extremely therapeutic and (I hope) healing for her and I sincerely hope that she realizes what a strong woman she is. ❤

The reporter who asked Britney the sexist virginity question was a fellow woman. Not a misogynistic man. Misogyny and the patriarchy are of course very real, but what’s also real is that human beings are generally just awful to each other and it is simply so sad. I will never understand why since the beginning of time people have leaned towards being judgmental, insensitive, and downright evil towards each other even though we are all literally on the same team…We are all human beings. We also all share the same exact dream in life too: happiness.

I expect lots of other females would want to sabotage or insult her just because of envy her own sister even does that. It's immature like high school some girl is mad her boyfriend looks at you they just start rumours you are a slut or worse. Actually I am a few years older than Brittany and didn't listen to much of her music but I went to high school with Three Days Grace who were on the same Jive label as her so I figured she had similar industry issues and I sympathize with her though I think it's worse because she's female the males can sleep around be drug addicts do anything and don't have the same judgement on them as her.

the Patriarchy affects BOTH men and women. It's almost like a forever never ending cycle of unrealistic expectation that people put on each other, many women can be misogynistic themselves and put that on other women as well. We've been all too influenced by how misogynistic society is and it's time to unlearn all of that and be conscious of our actions.

Let's hope and pray that Reese Witherspoon and her family can be in charge of the Britney Spears Bio Flick? She should produce with Britney. They'd be the only ones who could do it justice. Reese Witherspoon could play Britney as an adult, and her daughters at different stages of her life, all the while the real Britney Spears is interviewed by a News Reporter, telling her story, which would be her Memoir, the flashbacks would be Reese Witherspoon and her daughters playing her at different stages of her life. Let's make this film version accurate, regardless of how depressing and sad it may be. We need to show mental health and illness realistically and this includes hospital scenes which may be similar to One Flew over the Cuckoo's nest or Girl Interrupted. Psychologists should be on set with Britney directing her scenes of the hospital stay and her breakdown ect. The dynamics of the family and forgiveness should also be explored. Her character's faith in God and willingness to forgive her family for their wrongdoings.

I’m not huge fan of either of them, but all this hate on Justin is ridiculous. 🙄 Firstly, people break up. It happens to everyone. Secondly, they were like 22 when all this was happening. Our brains don’t even fully develop until about 25, and the ability to make real adult decisions based on a length of foresight is the last thing to develop. So while it’s all cute and everything that we like to pretend 18-21 year olds are “adults”, the fact is they’re biologically and scientifically NOT, and the choices they make prove that time and time again. And thirdly, it’s really not his fault how the media chose to treat him, and it wasn’t within his authority or even capabilities to threaten his career by calling out that double standard in any way. His “brand” had other people in charge of it, and, again, he was like 22.

Much agreed. I don’t think he’s some innocent, but they got pregnant at 18/19. Had the abortion at 19. They were KIDS, omg

Her management threatened to sue me because I remixed her song " mannequin" on my SoundCloud and 😂 I seriously thought SoundCloud was a digital music toy app. I just deleted my account and users should be protected against threats of being sued if you're not even a signed artist. 🤣
