Justin admitted to being very infatuated with Britney before and while they were dating. It’s sad it didn’t work but at one time there was something good there. I guess you can say they were each other’s high school sweethearts.

They ended so bad but their chemistry was on point! I wish they lasted. ♥️ I’ve never seen Britney look happier with anyone else after Justin! 😢 he was her first real love! It wasn’t meant to last but you can tell they were really in love 😻

Childhood sweethearts. They practically grew up together and got famous pretty much around the same time. Their relationship may have failed, but I don't think it's fair to place all the blame on Britney. As the old saying goes, it takes two to tango. Britney may have cheated but, whose to say Justin didn't also cheat or felt tempted to cheat. Regardless of the reasons for their break up, it's been years and they have both moved on with their lives. Perhaps one day they'll rekindle their friendship. They may not have made it as a couple but, doesn't mean they can't still be friends or work together.

Julia Jimoh it’s going on 18 years and they still try to avoid each other. The break up was obviously bad enough to stay away from each other this long. I truthfully think regardless how long it’s been they’re both still hung up on each other, Justin will still bring up Britney and it obviously still hurts them enough to stay away from each other. They never got that closure. They will always have each other’s hearts.

I was sad when they broke up they were perfect for each other or so I thought. Love is so complicated but beautiful at the same time. When someone is in love it feels like no one else exists except you and the person you love.

Their break up 18 years ago really devastated me. I was 8 and a half when they broke up and now I'm in my late 20's. They were so in love and happy in their relationship. You can tell how much they loved each other. Knowing that they are both happy in their respective relationships now, but no one can ever compare to the way they looked at each other. It's so sad that they never had real closure, but that's just life. Sometimes you can never get over someone who has been apart of your life since you were little. It was hard for them to cope with the fact that it was over for them. I just wish they could've kept in touch and remained friends I don't see anything wrong with that. Although, I'm still low-key hoping that one day they will cross paths again and end up back with each other. You never know what could happen, only time will tell. I really wish them the best though, especially for Britney.
