It was reported that Justin’s friends tried to intervene with the arrest asking the cop to “give him a break” and doing the whole “don’t you know who this is?” thing. Funniest part of it all is that the cop in question was “too young to recognise Justin and didn’t know him by name”. Hence the arrest. If it had been a slightly older cop, there’s a chance he would have been let off with a warning or a fine. Makes you wonder how many times it’s happened before without him being arrested.

Everyone knows not to drink & drive period. Refusing a breathalyser 3 times is not the act of an innocent person. In the UK, it’s an instant arrest to refuse it unless you have a “reasonable excuse” because the more time that passes, the lower the reading will be. Here you would be breathalysed at the police station with a more accurate machine. Choice doesn’t come into it once you’re arrested.

I have a problem with this dude! In my state, if we refuse the breathalyzer, we lose our license for one year regardless! You do not want your blood drawn because the longer the alcohol is in your system the higher it’s going to reach ! And that’s a fact ‼️ Andy yes- Go gettem ‼️💯
