When I was over in America last year I made biscuits and gravy with my American bf, taking instruction from him. We added ground sausage meat to the gravy and spices. Was yummy. I also ate it at Hardees and another local place too. I think the biscuits and gravy you made is the very basic version, and there are variations of it ( extra ingredients etc) from my understanding. But it certainly tastes better than it looks. A must try for any visitor to America. :)

Mac n Cheese is very much one of those meals that kids make as their first foray into cooking after school. It was the go-to meal for me as a 13 year old baby sitter, mac n cheese with cut up hot dogs (some kids put mayo or ketchup on it). We know it has no nutrition. It’s just to keep us alive until mom gets home. 😄

Mac n cheese, again I'm southern so its gonna be homemade. I've had Kraft and not a fan😝 Smores are a campfire delight (I LOVE a good charred marshmellow) we use smaller marshmellows, Reeses peanut butter cups instead of Hershey's (I personally don't care for Hershey's) and Graham crackers that have softened a bit... we feel is perfect combination😍 Would love to know Nick's thoughts and which was his favorite.

It makes them soft and airy. next time you make it make sausage gravy with breakfast sausage. Much better :) Cook your sausage in crumbles add flour to it cook the flour taste off and slowly add milk and whisk to make your gravy easy peasy.

The Everything But The Bagel seasoning can be used in so many ways. On eggs, on avacoda toast, in mashed potatoes and so much more, it basically dehydrated onions, garlic salt pepper and poppy seeds...

I have a s'mores burner like that, I'm not big on marshmallows, but I use mine to melt caramel, for apple slices. Just put a small metal pot on the actual burner and put a few caramel cubes in it, or butterscotch chips and melt them. You can dip Oreos or any biscuits (cookies) you like. Or fruit pieces. The only way I like s'mores is on fudge stripe keebler cookies with a bit of marshmallow in it (about 1/4 the size of the one you had. I usually get the coffee flavored ones)

The graham cracker definitely shouldn't have scratched your mouth! Fresh graham crackers don't do that! Non-Americans generally don't like Hershey's, so it isn't surprising that you didn't particularly care for it! I personally tend to make my s'mores without chocolate since I generally am not a big chocolate eater though! I did find it kind of funny that you've never seen the colors listed on packages - we see it ALL the time!! lol

At about 11 minutes, you should google and try: cake in a mug. It looked like you were making something similar, however, you mix the ingredients yourself and you put it in the microwave for a few minutes. I tried it many years ago and it tasted really nice. It is soo good to have you back, you make everyone smile and laugh with your goofiness. You ae just the best🤣🤣🤣

In NYC bagels come with different seeds or seasonings on them. the most popular flavor tho is the everything bagel which has all the different seasonings on it. Your "everything but the bagel" seasoning is that seasoning.

the good thing about mac and cheese is that you can add to it, seasonings (maybe even the "everything but the bagel' stuff) meats like cut up hot dogs, ham, spam, tuna, chicken, or turkey.. veggies like broccoli, peas, corn, or other types of cheese. my mom made something between mac and cheese and a casserole, called "tuna wiggle" basically mac n cheese, tuna and green peas.. sadly i don't remember what seasoning, or cheeses she used, and i can't ask her anymore.

Hi Jazzy! There are lots of ways to use "Everything But the Bagel Seasoning." It's good on avocado toast, scrambled eggs, and steamed rice. I like it on cooked vegetables like courgettes and carrots. Try it on baked or mashed potatoes. It's also tasty on tofu, chicken or steak. Basically, it's worth experimenting with it! If your mouth has a lingering aftertaste, try brushing your teeth; that will probably solve the problem. Thanks for the great videos! Best wishes to you from Northern California!

Country gravy with sausage over biscuits with a side of scrambled eggs is my favorite breakfast. As for Mac and cheese, I don't eat the boxed stuff. Dad would make it from scratch with 4 cheeses and nothing else will do.

Let’s try to make homemade buttermilk biscuits. Here’s the recipe that’s been passed down many generations in my family. 1.Get large bowl and sift in 5-6 cups of self rising flour 2. Preheat oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit 3. Make a little birds nest in the middle of the flour 4. Get a heaping handful of crisco and place in the flour birds nest 5. Pour in buttermilk little by little 6. As you’re adding the buttermilk you will squish the crisco and buttermilk in your hands slowing incorporating some of that flour 7. Keep adding buttermilk and getting more flour mixed in until it is no longer sticky and is covered in flour 8. Pinch off a bit of dough and roll in a ball and place it in a pan or cast iron skillet (be sure to put crisco in pan prior to placing biscuits so it doesn’t stick) 9. Gently pat down your biscuits so they have your fingers imprinted on them 10. Pop in the oven for ten minutes

To clarify, not all flour will be used. There should be a larger birds nest of flour left over that you can save for next time. It will be completely dry when you remove the dough.

I usually always make biscuits and gravy from scratch it absolutely most of the time includes sausage grease or peices depending on who you talk to. As for the mug cake. Try making it from scratch! There are so many recipes that are so much better same with the frosting! As for the smores I always added more chocolate and always roasted the marshmallows over the fire pit! I actually now have a son and can't wait for him to try smores as he already loves Mac n cheese. It's 100% the go to meal for kids here to make.
