Thank you so much for the review! We have a one year old who is growing out of her infant car seat. I am deciding between one4life vs advocate. Hope she can sit in her next seat as long as possible but no compromising on her comfort (assuming both carseats are very safe options). If one4life serves much longer time, what is the main advantage for advocate? Which one would you recommend to get? Thank you for your advice in advance!

Do you think it would be possible to fit an "Advocate" in between two "Grow with Me's" or.... a "Grow with Me," and FF Adovcate and RF Advocate in a 2016 Honda PIlot?

We haven't had any complaints about them yet! People especially love the safewash fabrics which can be machine washed and dried for quick and easy cleaning if there are any accidents. Best of luck with potty training!

For some reason the clip chest on the one for life bugs me .. looks so flimsy I wish they were like the one on the advocate car seat

Hi, I have a question about the Clean Comfort collection for the grow with you. In the pictures it seems that the white part on the sides is the nanotex and the black insert that is behind the back is the part that is moisture-wicking. Is that correct? or is the whole fabric on the seats both nanotex and moisture wicking? IF so, how does that work? In the first version of nanotex - stay clean, the description said that nanotex sacrificed breathability for being stain resistant. And the followup question to that is - can you machine wash the Clean Comfort seat cover at all? The original Stay Clean says spot clean only but I saw different descriptions on Clean Comfort in some places. Thank you :)

Hi Ekaterina! Britax can get a little confusing with all of their fabric choices. The new Clean comfort is a great combo of some of the most favorite fabrics. It has the nanotex technology, wicks away moisture and extra padding 😍 Maching wash and hang dry.

I have a very small car (Mazda3 Hatchback. The Nuna Rava has been incredible for the size. Would the Grow with You be ok for forward-facing for my 3 yo (30 lbs and 36" height)?

I have a tall 3 year old (43 inches) and would like a chair like this but I would like to keep her in the harness as long as possible. I was going to get this but it looks like the harness maxes out at 49 inches?? The Diono seems to go to 57 inches with harness is that right? This seems like such a better chair though.

Hi Pepper! Both are great options it just depends on which features you prefer! The Diono 3QXT+ has a 57in max height.

Hi Cristene! I would recommend you make an appointment with a local Child Passanger Safety Technician who can help you install your can seat in the car properly. You can find a local technician here: portalskcms.cyzap.net/dzapps/dbzap.bin/apps/assess/webmembers/secure/manage?webid=SKCMS&pToolCode=CERT-SEARCH&pAdd=Yes Generally the tether hook for forward facing car seats is on the backside of the vehicle seat all the way at the base of the seat, or not far behind the vehicle seat's headrest in cars where the back of the seat is not accessible. You can check your vehicle's owner's manual and it will tell you exactly where the hook is in your car!

Hello! You helped me to choose my kid britax advocate in 2018 and she is 4 now and my secound kid will arive in the end of the year. I love the britax advocate that we have but my daughter no longer wants to use it so this one is going to the baby. Ther is any know cover to buy to this car seat? She just want something colorfull so I would buy another britax to her but not black or grey.

The Marathon, Boulevard, Advocate, and One4Life can recline.

SUPER GREAT REVIEW!! However I am still having hard time deciding between One4Life and Grow with You for my 4year old. He is in One4Life right now which we are planning to pass it down to his brother who is 5month old now. I understand One4Life is great because it can be used from infant, but if my son is already 4 years old, does it still have any advantage over Grow with you? which one is more comfortable? which one should we buy?

Hi there! I would go for the Grow With You as the 4 year old will not be using the rear facing feature of the One4Life.

What about the crash testing rating for the one4life. I have tried looking for the data besides on baby gear lab.

Hi there! All car seats pass the same testing to be placed on the market so when a car seat is installed correctly, it will protect your child in a collision. Of course, there are options that have additional safety features (steel frame, additional side impact protection etc) which are the options we bring into our selection! Other than crash testing, the installation is going to be incredibly important because if your seat is not installed correctly, the safety features will not protect your child in a collision.

How is the Advocate or all4one for infants 0-1 year? I know these can't click into stroller, but how is the fit for an infant?

Hi there! The Advocate and Grow with you plus each have 3 layers of side impact protection. Your child's age and weight also comes into play when deciding on a seat.

Can you show all the 5 point harness car seats like go up to 90 pounds or more? I have an autistic boy and is almost out-grown he's Britax Pioneer 70 and we want him to be in a 5 point harness as long as possible. He has trouble sitting still because he had ADHD and can't stand still for long periods and goes crazy so that extra restraint will be very good for him.

The Pioneer and Grow With You line from Britax is the best for this. Unfortunately we don't know of anything that suggests using the harness past 70 lbs (on paper)

you may need to get a special harness system for in your vehicle that isn’t a car seat with a harness. There aren’t any that go to 90

@@moriahramos9511 when the headrest is moved up (our child is now 44”) the whole seat back rattles. It’s very flimsy plastic and there’s tons of play in the mechanism that the seat back slides on. I was able to remedy it some by first re-torquing all the screws holding it together. Then I added weatherstripping to fill all the remaining gaps. Honestly disgusting what a pos this seat is. Search it and you’ll see videos of others doing the same as I describe.

That's odd mine doesn't do that.
