The lid keeps falling off . My new BRITA MAXTRA PRO did not come with a silicone ring is that the reason why? If so can one be supplied?

That’s the same case as mine. I dont know where to ask but you can try contacting the merchant where you bought it. I’m unboxing the Brita Glass and lid doesnt fall off.

I didnt sink the filter neither flushed it 2-4 times, but the water seems fine so I guess its good

When the indicator is empty or done, you’ll need to change the filter

Depends on usage, a month or two. The indicator would tell if it needs to be changed

Realmente no sirve para nada. Yo tengo un medidor de sales y comprobé las sales del agua cuando salen del grifo y una vez filtrado y no varia la cantidad de sales disueltas en el agua

And the instructions that come in the box are terrible. I had to find this instead. If I’d known it would be this much effort to set up then I would never have purchased this.
