I love my life in the north. Wouldn't have it any other way. :)

In a way you have a point. Young people migrate to the big cities in the south. But when it comes to quality of life people in their 30's actually move up north for the quality of life. There are towns up north with around a 100 thousand people. And they are growing fast, expected to grow even faster. It's not hard to live there because of the cold, it's historically places people move from because of Southern Sweden allways was the industrial part. And that was were the jobs was.

It is accually colder in the south of Sweden. The rain and wind makes it feel much colder than in the north. People doesn’t move from the north because of the cold but because of work. If you want to be able to have a salery you have to move. And the coment about ikea and having to put together the bed is the lamest ever. If the world is ruled by people that lazy it is not a question why people live in cities…they just could not work, or is incapeble of thinking independently. ….

Now stop this myth, north of sweden is not cold and dark all year around.

I live in the north of Sweden, the "REAL" Sweden! I have an hour to the polar circle and to Finland by car and maybe four to five hours to Norway by car so I can go to European countries when I want to. No sane Northener would move to the south if they did not have to and most of them that do move back north as soon as they can. There is nothing more beautiful than standing in the forest at night, minus thirty degrees Celsius, with no light pollution, dead silence except for the cracking in the trees from the cold and looking at the northern lights dancing in the sky above you. The cold up here is a dry cold so no problem to dress warm to counter it. Or in the summer, sitting by the river at 03:00 with a guitar, the sun still up and good friends by your side. Everyone should try this part of Sweden for a year and then say they like the South better! 😄

You are totally wrong about why people in Sweden are living in the south part! Stop spreading false information! The reason why is simple! People moved from the north of Sweden to get jobs. That has been so through over 100 years! If you are commenting Sweden.. STOP spreading false information!

Shit, calm down. I`M sure there are some from the north who have moved south thanks to not liking the cold nor long dark winters. Same as there are southern swedes who have moved to spain for not liking the rainy grey winters.
