The two cops were a different shift than the previous ones. They did a shift change. The rapid fire was the guy pumping AR15 rounds into the two cops already wounded. Face and chest. And yes, the cops in the beginning of the video are actual scumbags and were the reason this happened in the first place.

Hey Rick! I spent a combined 36 years in Law Enforcement and I have to totally agree with you on this incident. I have been retired now for 22 years and it is unbelievable about how cops today have no problem pushing their tyrannical authority on the citizens of this country. They are in a lot places are hassling people for anything and everything they can find. In my career I only wrote 6 traffic tickets and that was because I didn't have any choice. The recipients put me on the spot and I had no other option. I have a serious feeling this is going to continue to get a lot worse and end just like this encounter ended for all involved. But, one day the police will be on the losing end all together when the citizens get to the point where none will support the police at all.

On July 1st 2023 my wife went out with her friends to downtown San Diego. I got a call around 10:30 saying my wife is missing and she was acting crazy. I rushed down there. And proceeded to look for my wife for a couple of hours. I then stopped to ask a police officer sitting in there car to help and tell her that I’m in fear of my wife’s life. She told me to go away. I told her this is an emergency and my wife has never done anything like this in the 14 years we have been married. She again told me to go away. I then called her a list of bad words. I then got her attention and she went to go hands on, until I said what are you going to do it’s 1st amendment you bleep bleep. Cops no longer are here to help. They don’t care. It turned out my wife was drugged. And she went to the navy seal federal building for help. I got a call in the early morning that she was there. This is the reason there cannot be any such thing as a "good" cop. When you stand by and watch illegal oppression and assault day in and day out, whether you participate in it or not, regardless of how you may feel about it, if you don't do anything about it, you are just as guilty as the ones who do. This is the standard that applies to real people, and if it doesn't apply to agents of government, those of us who labor under this double standard will get to the point where we force accountability the way Mr. Brutcher did. The fact that the cops that got killed weren't the ones involved in the official oppression and assault of Mr. Brutcher does not matter in the accountability meted out, because there are NO GOOD COPS.

This is what you call a taxpayer funded incident. The aftermath of this man getting pulled over was created by these officers inability to swallow their pride. This was preventable period.
I searched all night asked multiple police officers for help with nothing. I called dispatch and was told to wait for an officer that night. Nobody showed up.

Professionalism in police officers has flown out the window...When it goes beyond the basics of policing & officers escalate situations (just because they can)...They are creating one enemy at a time...As a citizen (in my youth) I had brushed off many negative encounters with police...Apparently guilty by looks & association creates a need for harassment of individuals...It's true,Play stupid games & win stupid prizes...The problem I have with it is they push until someone snaps...Then they kill the person who snaps...Policing needs to be overhauled & reinvented if they want people to believe there is a purpose to have them...Other than that, they look more like a standing army for government...
With everything going on lately. I feel no empathy or remorse for the cops that lost their lives. I honestly am not surprised when this starts happening more and more.
this one was absolutely bonkers. mom's howling definitely contributes to that factor.
The demons were out that night

The OT calls them “Destroying Angels”, and guess who controls them.
20:52 I think right here he hints at what he's about to do. Notice he counts the number of officers. Then he states how unfair it will be.

Hmm. Good catch! I think you´re exactly right. It was all planned at this moment

Definitely! I really wish they we're the ones that responded!
One of those situations where arrogance and intimidation were the wrong course of action.
""POLICE-OFFICERS PUT THEPEOPLE IN DANGER""!!!!!!!!!!
Agree, a 100%.When you get pushed too far you push back.
I had the same point of view when I saw this
Typical. They don't "Protect and Serve", it's more like bully, lie and try to arrest you for anything.
When the government walks all over you. Hold my beer and watch this…
I heard Hamzy the one the shooter asked for was one of the cops that got killed and they went to High School together apparently and they had beef all the way back to HS.
I have to agree with you here Rick. Unfortunately it's going to take a lot more of these situations before cops stop bullying people and pushing them to the point of resistance.
Welcome to the "Police States of America"
If i were a cop, i would never be instigating anything with anyone. With or without a badge why would you instigate anyone? These clowns just keep pushing it and pushing it. What was the point of even chasing this guy down? They literally wanted to just start an incident out of boredom and the thrill.

To claim awareness they're fully unaware of the future that awaits them.
The way I see it, the cops got what they were looking for. The guy was drunk....had a fight....and no victim wanted to press charges. They got the interaction they were looking for in spite of the fact that there was no reason to pursue the incident.
They can’t afford to trade two for one very often.
REMEMBER: If you end up as someone’s JURY......say a guy like this poor chap JURY NULLIFICATION..........don’t let the judge jail OUR PEOPLE.
26:16 Why you so close to me? Cops advance on us like that every day
This is a guy who had enough of the police protecting and serving the shit out of him.
FAFO this is why we have to fight for our rights, the cops were the main instigator the whole time !!!! You poke the bear long enough and the bear will eventually fights back
look at how much money they spent on the funeral and parading them around as heros
Well, how did we get here ..... Decent cops covering up for bad cops, till it all goes booom!

Then the decent cops are no longer a decent cop when they don’t stop or report the bad cops.
Same scenario if you wear a badge you're free to do as you please.
Sometimes people get tired of government. !!
Officer Hamzi, the one he asked for, he is one of the ones that responded to the house call and got killed. They went to school together.

It’s all around one of the craziest cases I’ve seen in recent times. He stood over officer Hamzi and said something along the lines of “oh I won’t kill you Hamzi” and he blasted him off. The inspector general’s report is a great read.

Very good video. That Rambo quote really shines here *"Why you pushing me, I haven't done anything to you".*
Now both of those cops are good cops now
"EVERYONE" Great insert Rick !!
If everyone started doing this, the pigs would start respecting us!
To Protect and Serve!! 🤨 🤢 🤮 😵💫
Must be the latest street cop training.
I hate to see a tragedy like this, but you are 100% correct Rick.
13:32 _"It's like that huh? All right, all right. You're gonna find out in a few, just wait..."_ FAFO, they found out. We all learned in elementary school not to get involved in other people's fights, cops should have been taking notes cuz apparently a lot missed that lesson. Men have disagreements and we solve them ourselves, sometimes that means we fight and it's none of the governments damn business when it's mutual combat!
This reminds me of the story you told about “the men that just wanted to be left alone”
You said it the way I saw it 100%
I do feel bad for the 3 of them, and I'm glad that you said everything I see myself... Thank you, you are 100%
You can feel the hatred in his trigger finger.
I would have liked to see a homeowner come out and say I'm trying to sleep and you got five cop cars out here waking the whole neighborhood up.
It amazes how much police do that private citizens could never get away with.
It always amazes me how people walk through life like there aren't any consequences.
To protect and serve the government.
the hyphen in the name had me rolling, then the "im a basic white boy" absolute gold
If this is the only accountability there is, what else do you expect?
Did I hear some one say "calm down" @3:04? Those guys that got in a fight with him don't know how lucky they got. Absolutely NONE of those cops feel like shit. They are proud and walking around bragging how they killed him. The other cop just stood there and watched it his partner assault a man and did absolutely nothing about it. Wonder why they towed the truck? The driver was sober. They didn't put him in cuffs so they could continue escalating and get him to fight back. "Have fun explaining to your boss where your truck is tomorrow", this proves this was nothing but retaliation.
They really do push people to the limit & with no regard for normal human reactions, adrenaline, legit fear, etc.
As a human i aprove this
They only can do this stuff because we allow them to do it too many people have been silent for way too long and they honestly believe they can do whatever they want

If you're talking about the shot that neutralized the guy, I'd like to believe he had a plan based on the logistics of the encounter. Don't forget he was shot in the leg when he ended the threat.
