Lol, my sister lives there and I've visited a few times and our parents seem to think it's a dingy little town, so I want to show them it's actually a nice big city 😅
I lived in Bristol for 13 years but I am now living in Portugal .although I was not born in Bristol its the best city I've ever lived in I loved it . Thank you great video

A few more cycling lanes and public transport links, a few less cars, and Bristol would be on par with many of the best in Europe for liveability.
I left Bristol (my place of birth) 5 years ago and i dont often go back so it was great seeing this Video. Thank You

Nice parts shown in favourable weather. Go slightly further and you will see handcar washes, Turkish barbers, kebab/vape/mobile phone shops in abundance. It’s ok here but not like it used to be as it’s overcrowded (population goes up by thousands every year) and the council only cares about certain areas.
What’s that boat at 22:12 can you go on it?

The Balmoral was used in the film Stan and Ollie and the MShed was where they got off the boat (rhey had supposed to have landed in Ireland

There is a reproduction of the Matthew which was Cabots boat when he discovered America. You can take trips on it. There is also a ferryboat company which goes to the other end of the harbour and also to Temple Meads station.
