Yeah, the way World allows you to sit up in a tree on a hunting perch for hours in the cold-ass winter while you listen to air move and wait for a deer to appear is very immersive, agreed.

This might sound dumb, but how to your turn some of those drops to gold shine instead of the normal white shine ?

Gold shinies are valuable turn ins for zenny, you get them from either bandit mantle or from a plunder blade palico

Hi Pyrac, can you do HH playthrough against Brachydios or Tigrex or something else you comfort with, please? I used to play HH all the time, but since I played Rise, it's hard to play HH like I used to be, so I need some good tips. If it's too annoying, it's okay. I'm just asking. Like always, good hunt!

Only thing I don't like about CSS in rise is the hitlag Savage Axe hitlag > CSS hitlag

You can remove a chunk of the hitlag from css by lowering the framerate to 30 but that honestly hurts to play with (people use it for speedrunning)

Hate it when charges hit me when I'm behind their legs

Yeah, stuff like this is why I've been spending more time on Rise than World lately. The monsters just aren't fun to fight (with a few great exceptions) and the game has no respect for your time.

To be honest, I don't really miss Worldborne. lol

i wouldn't say i miss it either i just want to get better at playing it

Going back to world from rise sucks eggs, world takes so much more effort to track and chase down the monster with the less mobility over rise

Kind of, there are quite an abundent amount of times you'll spawn near the monster. The chasing sucks but its there to help the hunter as much as annoy them (openings for sharpen, restock,relax and gather supplies if it was an older game)

No. Nope. Sunbreaks savage axe is better. You play almost completely in axe mode without having to switch back until it's time to recharge the shield. Infinite Savage Axe!
