BOTH of them DESERVED what they have now. If Win is not talented he wouldn't received the lead role straight away and he wouldn't be receiving all the awards, achievements and accolades that he has today. Same goes to Bright. The reason why Bright got his lead role late despite 8 years in the industry is (most probably) because Bright was focusing more on his school, studying and lots of other things instead of acting and singing before he got 2gether. He said so himself. But since 2gether, he put his priority on acting and singing hence all his achievements today. It's one of the reasons why he quit his engineering course and took business as well. When Bright got 2gether, it's like everything is starting over from 0 for him. So both him and Win are basically on the same page. They both basically started from 0 when they got the lead roles in 2gether - with extra experience from Bright, of course. That's why Bright said he wants to grow together with Win, in and out of the industry. Don't put one down just to up the other. It won't look good on your fav too if you do so.
