This piece was a counterpart to Dark Sky, also written in 1985. It was a far less successful piece and was more conservative - attempted to be more of a crowd pleaser.
However, this lead Walter to understand that it was not the pleasing of the crowd that made the crowd pleased, but his compositional ability.
