Sang this song at my state's All State Choir concert in memory of my boyfriend at the time who died in car accident very near to the concert. He in fact was a member of the group they had sing the solo. This is such a powerful, touching song. Truly an honor to anyone who has the opportunity to sing this magnificent piece.

Loretta S I knew what had happened and was truly touched at the amount of strength you had that weekend. Whenever I hear this song I think of him.

Hey Shawn-- Met you in rehearsal of your piece (forget name of it) w/ Santa Fe Desert Chorale in Santa Fe in July. This too is very beautiful, though, of course, less complex. I will listen to more of the several recordings of your music accessible through KZread, as I get time. Don't forget to check out Cabrillo Music Festival. Good luck to you. --Theodore Salisbury
