I don’t believe it until either Bright or Win confirms it, to many maybes for me. If they are together and happy good for them. If they are Just besties and have absolute no romantic feelings towards each I’m equally happy with that. I just wish them all the best either way.

I believe that brightwin is a couple and have believed this from the beginning. I can see the way they touch each other - caring and love in their touch to each other. Bright can be quite possessive with Win and a lot of Win's friends like to be with Win in friendly way but at times can be too touchy with Win. Win can get jealous also but not very often. They go out for valentines day and don't bring the media along - private dinner. I am hoping their relationship continues indefinitely they seem to be excellent match for each other. They each complement each other so well and have different personalities and skills. We should let them be and not put pressure onto them - they want some privacy at times. The rings I think are a statement to the world - see and understand. Love both of them and want the best for them always.
