You’re so beautiful and this makeup is gorgeous. I have the exact eye shape you are talking about, with the heavier lids and I usually skip mascara on bottom lashes because it looks better, more natural that way, doesn’t close the eye so much since the more skin on upper lids can sometimes make them look heavy depending on the eyeshadow color. Pen looked amazing in this season, they really brought out all Nicolas best features both in makeup and outfits. Need to recreate this look asap, I think that CT Pillow Talk lipstick also could work for this since it has than nice balance between pink and peach, at least on me. Thank you for showing love to hooded eyes with fat pads. I have those and it sometimes can be tough finding a good technique for eye shadow placement that doesn’t disappear under the hood so it’s a bit frustrating. There have been times I skip too much eyeshadow and focus on complexion, cheeks and lips. I love that people confuse my age because I do have that youthful appearance thanks to the fats pads around my eyes and high cheeks.

@@evangelinemolly yea, I agree, however I am pushing 30 and have genetics for larger pores + some scarring, I just tend to go for products that set/powders and avoid heavy cream products except on the cheekbones. Unfortunately they are so trendy and look so good 😩

Yes! I’ve been rewatching Season 1 and noticing how her makeup is much more subdued. It’s more “no makeup makeup” and I haven’t done one of those in awhile!

Haven't watched the series yet, but looked up the "style" journey of Penelope and it's quite interesting! Her dresses in the past were ungodly awful for her. Glad she is getting time to shine, it's a pretty look. This reminds me of season 1 & 2 of The Witcher, when I was obsessed with Yennefer's changing eye look.

I never watched Bridgerton. I’m starting to realize just how popular it is when I’ve seen Bridgerton inspired coffee creamer at my local supermarket. Pistachio flavored yum. Perhaps I should watch it. I’m kind of a history snob so if I take any anticipation of accuracy out my mind and look at it as purely fantasy perhaps I will enjoy it. Reign ruined me. All that being said this is a stunning look.

The thing about Nars orgasm is that it tends to look like gold flakes all over the face, and if you have textured skin like me, it tends to look pretty bad compared to silkier glow products! What’s great about makeup though is that we can use different products to achieve the same effect!
