Wow...looks great! We call that particular railcar model a "triple W-T" as it has three W-Tees as the longitudinal crossmembers. Probably one of my favorite car styles. We used to build with caissons but now everything is going to helicals piles. That railcar weighed about 41,000 lbs when delivered. Our company designs and builds these bridges all over the country. I have been doing it for over 30 years.

I have watched a few of these and that is the best home built bridge ever. I built bridges from 1988 to 2019 but I have no idea what a bridge costs. We did 40 foot bridges for $40,000 in the 90s but that was with the company profit so I have no idea what the material cost was. The same bridge on a federal job was $128,000 at the time so there is major markup. That crane looks like $1000/hr plus mobilization and you can build a lot of bridge for that money. You should breakdown the nearest quote vs buying a rail car. The bridge is done right and looks great but I wonder if steel beams and an 8 inch deck is cheaper.
