Cherish those times too.... lost my mom in Sept of '15. Had to watch her deteriorate from Alzheimer's for 8 years... So I actually lost her many years before her heart said goodbye... Cherish your mommies. ♥

Im 68 and lost my mom 3 1/2 years ago. Still missing her. With Covid restrictions, we will we were robbed of her final months and she was very much alone. She turned 90 during the worst part of restrictions. Everything was closed so i dug lily of the valley from my yard, baked a cake, filled out a permit and drove 100km round drip just to drop the package at the front door of her senior residence. Talked to her from her second floor window 15mn and drove back. So sad, my heart broke. After that, she quickly went downhill and lost her will . It was mid April 2020 and she died on december 20th

Another client lost to Diane’s overselling tactics.

For the first bride, it's not like she can't make a decision. She literally said she found the dress but her best friend is just confusing her. The mermaid style with bling was chosen by peer pressure, but she really liked the beaded one.

I agree and she should have not bought her friends but should have gone alone or with her mom.

I cantidad stand when a bride says "he's stuck with me for the rest of his life". Come on lady!!! You're the price, not the punishment!

Friend chose the dress she wants for herself

That last couple was freaking adorable -

This is the 3rd or 4th video where Diane's salespush puts brides off. None of the other sales assistants are like this. I wish they would talk to Diane as she is really not helping their image (or their bottom line)!

Her wedding makeup was incredibly beautiful!

Leah's 2nd dress was fantastic. Diane was too pushy, and as a result, she got a dress elsewhere. Jennifer's dress was beautiful on her.

She always is! The bride told her that she was done and yet she goes looking for more dresses. She is awful. I would never want her for a consultant!

None of the dresses she tried were anything special. She has a model body so she can wear anything. Why not make her look drop dead gorgeous.

Bring mommy…..not the maid of honor 😂

I don't like that Diane is always pushing over the budget that's so rude

I hope one day my husband has that reaction to seeing me in my dress

This is from the 3rd season, which was shot in 2008/2009. Smartphones weren't so common then- probably why sending pictures wasn't an easy option.

Last couple were absolutely gorgeous. They both brought a huge smile to my face. Such happiness.

Kaitlyn is looking at the dresses like they are for her. Not a good friend.

That's why the bride walked away and found her dress somewhere else.

It's nice when brides need their mom, i didn't. But to need her usually means you like having her around. We need more relationships like that. But the last bride....her fiance was so adorable. He loves her and he loves her form and... that's beautiful.

Dianne must stop pushing the bride she doesn't listen, when this first bride says she wants to stop she needs her mum and she and Randy came with more dresses

I know something different: a hefty bag!!! Kalyan is distorted!!!

The first bride had a besutiful figure and should trust her judgement about look and fit of dress. It seems most brides bring too many opinionated friends. Kleinfeld should limit entoursge to 3 at most. Appointments would go faster and smoother. Also abandon ship if bride has a meltdown and graciously say, come back another day.

Can she not send a pic to her mum or video in real time???

The strapless trend is all about what the fashion industry wants to sell, so brides aren't offered much choice. They are cheaper to make (less fabric, no fiddly sewing on sleeves and neckline, fastenings), easier to alter for the same reasons, underlying pattern is usually a basic A line. British versions offer more variation in style.

Good she didn't buy.any at this ridiculous shop. Like 2 devils constantly demoralising and outcast the friends. And trying to push the clueless costumer into their choice. Mockingbirds, randy and the evil step mother look alike combo. Cringeworthy

The first bride's maid of honour was 100% correct...the dress the bride liked was quite pedestrian...it really did look like every other bridal dress, nothing special about it. I think the maid of honour was being pushed to say she liked the dress after that....were these dresses really the best that Diane could come up with?

The director is totally correct. You always get one person who wants to either be in control of the whole appointment or be the centre of attention and spoil it for the bride as Kaitlyn did. That also lost them the sale. Diane being so pushy also did not help.

The editing for the first bride goes way to hard on the maid of honour, guess they needed a villain 🙄
