Surely with a $4000 budget there was a dress that had a high neckline and sleeves that the bride wanted? Why put her in another dress without sleeves ?

Go away and come back without your mom. That woman is HARSH!

3:00 - I thought the mom was right about the second dress. Her honesty was more helpful than hurtful by preventing her daughter from spending thousands of dollars on an unflattering dress.

Jo and Al would have nailed choosing a dress for her.

Her mother is out of her mind! The second dress looked amazing on her!! Why do miserable people feel the need to try to make other people feel bad?? Hopefully she left her mother at home for the next appointment.

None of the dresses suited her. The assistant needed to listen and give her a princess dress that covered her shoulders.

Just goes to show up much our brains work against us sometimes. She looks so beautiful in ALL of the dresses she tried on! I hope she's feeling a bit better and more confident now

It doesn't help that actors/celebrities lie, lie, lie about all the things they do to achieve their face and bodies. They either pretend that it's all natural, they can maintain it easily and eat whatever they want, or they lost it through diet and exercise. In truth, it's all plastic surgery, starvation with coffee and cigarettes and now Ozempic/Wegovy/Mounjaro.

Dress three was lovely. Why can’t she see how beautiful she is, and her shoulders and décolleté are perfect! Add a necklace and a veil and it would have been just what she wanted.

She looks beautiful in all of them…but I think we all know what it feels like when we don’t see what we used to see in the mirror! It took a few years to learn how to dress myself again after kids! I also think her mum was still expecting her old figure as well which didn’t help. I hope she finds her dress!

Sorry but I think this consultant is terrible. The second one looks beautiful but she is definitely not suitable for a full mermaid gown. Why not a drop waist? An a-line? You mean you don’t have anything for 4000 pounds? She needs Gok!

Go and see Gok or Joe & Al , they would have made you feel as beautiful as you look.

Pretty girl. I loved the third one. There is a feminine softness to her upper body that a 'skin and bones' person wouldn't have. It's sad how we can see beauty in others that they cannot see themselves.

I hate that she can’t see how beautiful she is. I wish they had put a veil on her, I think that would have given her that little something at the shoulders without taking away from the dress.

It's a shame, she's a size 12-14 and can't accept it. She thinks the salon should make her look like a 4. Poor girl.

Thousands of princess gowns with sleeves or straps and the consultant couldn't find any for the beautiful lady? Pity. New mum should have gone to the Curvy Brides boutique. I think they could have shown her different kinds of straps, a slightly broad one similar to the bodice would have looked great.

She is a gorgeous woman. All of the dresses looked wonderful. Maybe the mother threw of her condolence - which is such a shame!!

Far too low a bodice . She requires a slightly pinched in top ending in 3 strap or a narrow sleeve that takes ones eye away from.the top of her arms . This only emphasis I her problems like the first one but more so .

If they had added ACTUAL straps to that last dress instead of useless, droopy floof, it would have been a totally different look and I'll bet she'd have been happy with it. I hate when they put those bits of junk that fall off the shoulders and call them straps!
