    I've received orders like this (but not nearly at that total $), and it never fails that changing my terms to meet customers' requests NEVER results in positive feedback. They always mention how they're running a business so they need separate bags and blah blah blah. Thanks for not even bothering with 2 mouse clicks, bruh.

    The thing is making a positive experience out of something good here and customer success is always good. We actually bag separately anyways at no charge to the guests. Like any company you have to know where to eat costs or go the extra mile

    Well that's a nice order. I just had one that was over 400 lots and was for just over $80. It wasn't bagged separately but it took me almost 4 hours to pull. That is really nice software you designed for your orders!

    My largest lot count is 296, but the customer didn't ask to bag separately. I have had orders that asked the same thing. Nice order!

    This order potentially I would use multiple flat rate boxes instead of one big box. I’ve shipped 4 flat rate boxes that was cheaper than 1 big box - usps anyway.

    Shipping cost was $11.70 + $4.80 for insurance so a grand total of $16.50. I sent it in a 16" x 12" x 7" box that weighed 9lbs 15oz

    Yeah, Adam and his please bag everything separately requests. I always add a few extras hours to the process for his orders. Can't complain about them, it just takes forever to bag those extra low quantity lots.

    @RalphsBricks yeah, Adam is a cool cat, always comes back for more, and is very easy to deal with. I'm surprised you went out and purchased a set to make up for the missing. Messaging him would have received a reply of not a big deal, I'm placing X orders this week, I can pick it up elsewhere. Thanks for letting me know... Like I said, very easy to deal with.

    @@BigBBricks well I was going out to Apple pick and I got all I needed in one set and I had my wife part the rest of it out so it wasn’t a big deal.

    How do you like having your akro-mils stacked 5 high and how high do you have your bottom one off the floor?

  • @RalphsBricks

    @RalphsBricks

    9 ай бұрын

    If I were to redo the store in a bigger warehouse I'd do it 4 tall but I maximized for space so I am fine with the bending. I place a 2x3 board on the floor and place the drawers on that to space off the floor so 3" off the floor.

    Any chance you could talk a little about the order/pull setup you have? It looks like you're connected to an IP and I can see you also have brickowl orders as well. Do they automatically work together or is that your personal server type setup? I'm interested in starting my own some day and the setup you have the most streamlined process for far
