Is it not faster to use w over the thin part of the wall from red buff to krugs?

i have tried, but you waste time with 2 basics, and tapping double w you have 2 hits faster. what i do and i save 5 more secs was lure the red buf amost close to the krugs, then i hit 3 basics with the spd bonus then E. also i lvl on w 2 times instead q.
