What’s incredible is almost all these songs were written and composed before Brian turned 24. He created a song book and legacy that will last forever. The man is a legend!

The two guys on the right... Jeff Foskett and Nicky Wonder have passed. Jeff was the best Brian emulator ever and Nicky was a studio-level lead guitarist who completely understood the Beach Boys guitar tones.

Sadly... we'll likely never see Brian on a stage again. We saw him in concert about a year ago and it didn't go well. He's still the genius.

Add Some Music to Your Day - Brian yawns, rubs the tired from his eyes, and looks like he checks the time on his watch while in the middle of a verse! If it was anyone else, it would probably raise an eyebrow. But it's Brian so it just raises a smile.

I met Jeffrey twice once in LA in the week I played the Troubadour with Tony Rivers and his son Anthony , and once at Brian Wilson soundcheck with David Leaf in Liverpool, one of the nicest people I have ever met, a great Musician, he will be greatly missed.

God, this is fantastic. I would have given much to be at this performance. I really like the semi acoustic arrangements. Brian is in good voice despite the cold, his band great as always. And the late Jeff Foskett is just wonderful. He is sorely missed.

Brian Wilson performing at a private party is pretty amazing on its own. Thanks for posting this. I have not seen this before. I believe this was about the time the 50 year reunion tour Beach Boys broke up for good. This clip shows even at that point, even not feeling well, Brian could still carry a show as lead vocalist.

There were perhaps ever a dozen or so of these so-called "corporate shows" with a cut-down band, some like Scott Bennett and i moving to other instruments than our normal. Since the audiences were not the general public, the feeling was looser and more about creating a party atmosphere. I always had great fun doing familiar material on a fresh instrument like bass.

I remember seeing the "corporate show lineup" at the Red Rock casino in Vancouver. Mid 2000s. Absolutely stripped down but great show - Brian was in fine voice and real outgoing. Saw one show, and I came back for the next evening... Really glad I did. Small little intimate theater, and I was happy to see Brian so engaged. During the final group bow, he lifted his shirt and showed his belly to the audience! Lol I'd like to also add, there was no teleprompter. Brian was just doing it free n easy.

Love the part where he showed his belly to the audience. He's such a comic, a funny man that balances with his melancholy. Most of us try to achieve that balance.

So saddened to hear about Melinda’s passing. Obviously, she meant everything to Brian. Watching this, brings on so many emotions. Brian‘s music along with his brothers and cousin have greatly moved me over the years. What a service Jeff Foskett has provided to all of us! He humbly covers the roles of Brian, Carl times, Glen Campbell and others. One of the most talented guys in the business, ever! Not to mention…… He was basically Brian‘s caretaker on the road for so many years.

I've been Watcing alot of b Wilson vids , interview ... he is a funny guy. No pretend with him. He looked at his watch in the second song and yawned in get around. Totally no bad intent in either , he just does himself , no alter ego. He seems really with it at all times music is going on and always a real positive reaction to what he like

I first saw the Beach boys live at Worcester Memorial Auditorium about 65? (Original band striped shirts etc.) -We got to see pretty much this whole band year 2000 in Conncticut. My wife was pregnant. -This Brian Wilson band peformance was my yet to be born son's first concert! Thanks Brian (and the whole band) for all the great music, memories, and staying true to Brian's Genius and Legacy. Love and Peace, -doug

This is amazing, the band is so tight and yet relaxed. Seems like a really warm, happy night. Brian sounds good but man he looks so tired, I hope he was okay! Also this setlist is SO good, I WISH I could see this sort of show live.

For all the negatives of the late Gene Landy, Brian was much more confident and capable under his baton and there’s countless KZread videos to verify that time period. The last time Brian Wilson truly worked hard was during the reunion tour of 2012 where if he wasn’t singing lead, he was actually singing backup and not just sitting there waving his arms.

No way this is 2013. Brian was grey and bigger on their 50th anniversary tour which was in 2012. This is probably mid 2000s.

This is definitely not during the mid 2000s. Instead of looking at Brian we can look at Jeffrey. During the mid 2000s he was really overweight, but by the time of the 50th anniversary tour he has lost a ton of weight by then, so this video is definitely recorded after the tour

No way this is 2013. Brian was grey and bigger on their 50th anniversary tour which was in 2012. This is probably mid 2000s.

This is a high definition cellphone recording. Definitely not mid-2000’s. Quality is way too good.

@@Gabriel2oh6 the zooms/panning/screen tearing are very reminiscent of a mid 2000s camcorder it definitely is not a cell phone video IMO! also notice nobody in the crowd holding up cell phones haha

@@Gabriel2oh6 Look at Brian!!! There are hundreds of videos of the 50th anniversary tour in 2012. In those videos Brian is much older than he is here. Maybe this was taken with a mid 2000s camcorder?

This is definitely not during the mid 2000s. Instead of looking at Brian we can look at Jeffrey. During the mid 2000s he was really overweight, but by the time of the 50th anniversary tour he has lost a ton of weight by then, so this video is definitely recorded after the tour

@@obsidianobserver I know some of these guys, I guess I could just ask someone. lol I'm 1,000% sure it's before the 50th anniversary tour. Brian didn't lose weight and dye his hair back to brown after the 50th.

Great show and song selection!! Poor Brian 22:58 + 23:38... 😴 And he apparently got a cold. Amazing, he remembers what songs to sing (set list - where?) and he remembers all the lyrics (I see no prompter). Sharp as h*ll!!
