What blows my mind is the respect he gets from EVERYONE, friends and enemies alike. The sheer volume of publicity and acknowledgements he got and gets still especially when he retired. was like nothing I have ever seen or even close to seen with any other player in rugby. We would still take him for the All black team even now. Even more than his talent the guy has an incredible rugby brain and understanding and reading of a game.
