I listen to Queen every day as well. I've been following Queen since 1974, still the best band ever!! How fortunate are we that in 2023 we are still being inspired by Queen. I still miss Freddie soooò much, always will. John you are in my thoughts all the time, I hope life is treating you well, what a quiet achiever you are!! As for Adam. Thank Goodness for you Adam, I'm sure Freddie is extremely proud of you!! Thank You Brian and Roger for keeping the dream alive, I cannot tell you enough how much that is Appreciated!!! I am a life long fan . I never heard Queen sing some one else's music. You were/are truly one of a kind! I remember your rise to fame and the tragic early loss of Freddie, may he rest in peace . No one can fill your shoes .

My favorite all time band, since I was a kid, in the 70s. I remember when Live Aid was announced, and Queen were announced to be a part of it, I knew, in my gut, they would steal the show! At this time, they weren't popular, in the USA.As a NYer I never gave up on them. The first time seeing them live, I was in awe! No band since has ever topped them since, in my eyes!

been a queen fan since 1976 (yes i am old) to me queen are not just the greatest rock and roll bad of all time they are the Greatest BAND of all time including all the music genre's and no one will ever be a frontman and lead singer like Freddie R.I.P.

@@Baldrick_dogsbody I like a ton of other bands and I’ve seen 546 rock concerts. Most were great & some not so much BUT when I saw Queen in 77 they literally blew me away! You had to experience it, can’t be explained. Their sound was unique & Freddie was unlike any other front man. They left a lasting impression so to me they are the best.

@@cindygipple5571 Well I was at the her majesty the queen's platinum jubilee celebration , where queen the band with Adam Lambert performed. I will say yes, out of all the other bands that night there was something special about queen, something very strong and powerful, very spiritual . When the other bands performed it was like they were boring compared to queen. First time I had seen queen perform . BUT I still don't like them, musically they were making pretentious fake songs. Not my cup of tea

@@Baldrick_dogsbody I don’t know how you can make fake songs? Isn’t every song fake if you think about it? Listen everyone likes who they like and I’m not judging anyone for their preference. Me personally I think they’re the best. I saw the band with Adam to and by first hand account it wasn’t nearly the same dynamic that it was with Freddie. I’m not knocking any bands it’s just my preference.

you haven't heard/seen Queen. You saw the duo Brian May and Roger Taylor with a leased singer. Also, this formation was unable to cover up Brian May's mistake, if they even noticed it.

Queen at Live Aid was amazing. It rejuvenated their career.

the best, most fitting interview I've heard lately. The power of three, just great. The honesty and insight shown by the interviewees without them noticing is simply stunning. Bravo, that's what the fans want to hear.

I was glued to my TV watching "Live Aid"! I've been a huge Queen fan since I heard the opening notes of "Keep Yourself Alive". Love, love, love these guys!

Clive is a God and then there's Brian! Yummy man. Love smart gentlemen. And he still has the best hair in Rock and Roll.

It's beyond belief that Queen has had Freddy as a front man and now Adam. I'm sorry but they're two of the best singers and frontmen ever to be in the music industry. In my opinion they ARE the top two ever. Queen hit lightning in a bottle twice.

even though they werent famous before Queen formed- in terms of talent Queen were an utter super group- they could all write great hit songs, and do it all. Freddie had perfect pitch too!

Mr Clive Davis is a Great Icon himself with his discovery of 1 of the Greatest Female Singers ever in Whitney Houston, it was very cool having Clive Give Great accolades to Brian, Roger and Fred with great admiration...The Best KNOW The Best...I'd always wondered how Freddie & Whitney would of sounded together...hmm with music technology developing quickly just maybe 1 day we would hear them..

I believe Freddie definitely had a hand in their finding Adam! He's a gem. Adam is an otherworldly vocalist and amazing entertainer. I've seen him on his solo tours and also with Queen. He's extraordinary. And a really sweet, humble guy, too. Hope Queen + Adam return to the US in 2023!

Is a joy listening both of you. Is a pity for me , becouse sometimes I feel I don't understand every words you say, but mostly yes. I'll keep trying. ...I don't know big thing really, but this king of magic has been so cool and so elegant in some way, so it have made worth all this very hard long time. If it can be done something good for everyone from all this so-difficult years, this was the idea, I supose... Probably the only thing that could make worth most things so long. It would be fine I think.

Paul Rodgers getting written out of the Queen history books. I don't think he was the right fit, great as his voice is, but this interview comes across as if those couple of albums never happened.

There’s a lot of imitators that could sound like Freddie Mercury that I’ve heard I’m glad they didn’t do that and even if people don’t like Paul Rogers I’d prefer him to Adam Lambert no offence to the guy but he sounds awful maybe for the stuff he does and Brian and Roger in their day I think your voices are actually better than his I don’t care like I could squeal I think Roger could still do higher back then then he can Adam Lambert I mean.

I too listen to Queen everyday. But I cannot listen to Adam Lambert sing. Nothing against Adam. It just makes my heart break because he is not Freddie,
