I was heartbroken when TGA went on hiatus. Elated when Brian said a new solo record was coming.....really loving this album.

I'm worried about the one person who doesn't like this. I really hope they find something to help them through their disillusion.

Some of my favorite TGA songs were the slow acoustic jams that painted a picture like this and were easily relatable relationship heartbreak songs. I love it

This is the Brian Fallon I've come to know and love. After signing with a major label Gaslight really went downhill for me but I was always impressed by Brian and his amazing songwriting. I am so excited by this solo stuff. I can't wait to buy the album and to see him play it live on tour! Great job Brian!

I grew up listening to his music, those chills never left me, since the first time I heard The River, but you'll understand one thing, Gaslight and Brian are just too close to home for me with the lyrics and the music, and are my generation. We all have bands and artists of the time we wish we had been a part of, and those we are a part of, I wish I was there when The Smiths, The Cure, Dire Straits and Bruce ruled, but I wasn't. Even though I love them, and they give me chills, Gaslight will always be closer to me in everything. And I'm being subjective in this one, I say it from my point of view, Brian Fallon, Brandon Flowers and Tom Smith are the artists of my generation, and they are the ones who taught me life, more than I could've ever imagined someone will.

It seems like every few years Brian needs to get out on his own and get some things out there that don't really mesh all that well with TGA. I enjoy it just the same though. The last time this happened we got The Horrible Crows. So I'm not complaining at all.
