This song, and this version, was our first dance at our wedding.

The Gaslight anthem released an album 2014, "The B-side". He has done some acoustic "covers" on some of their earlier songs. Try it out.

He seems to be one of the very few singer and writers today that still sing with emotion. Some of his tracks you can feel the pain and raw emotion that he was feeling when he writes or performs it. Today a lot of songs seem to just be copied and pasted and you never remember them a month later. I still find myself singing his stuff. Another good one to look up is Dallas Green.

I completely agree. He sounds so much better also when its raw and not as fine tuned. So much emotion comes from his lyrics and the way he performs. Music today is usually nothing out of the ordinary, a song that seems replaceable. Brian Fallon though has such a unique sound that isn't easily copied. Dallas Green is great too! I also like Damien Rice. Butch Walker is great too- love his song "Record store."

Totally agree with irishboy664. We need more Gaslight/Fallon songs in this tempo, personally I think 80% of their songs are better in a acustic version, like My Name is the Night for example, a mediocre album version, brilliant acoustic: kzread.info/dash/bejne/ZpeCzdSff5StiMY.html
