Love that Ian uses unused bread and his own roasted coffee for his beers. Amazing fresh ingredients like that is the stuff of dreams. Another spot to mark on my must-visit next time im on the isle.

Fantastic little brewery there. The beers you guys tried all looked and sounded delicious. I love how he uses returned bread in the beer. I've heard of a couple US brewers who do that as well. 100% in agreement with you about supporting small & independent businesses. I count my blessings every day that I live in a neighborhood full of small businesses, Mt Lebanon, PA. Among them is a magnificent taproom for one of my favorite local breweries, East End. I was brewing at the age of 11 with my dad, mainly kits but some all grain. In fact just brewed a kit someone gave me but like most kits it's got that homebrew twang. Not great. You seem to be doing OK so far though, cheers👍🍺
