I did the father hooks kit from the same company recently. Tasted really nice. I followed the instructions almost to the letter, i racked mine off to another fermenting bucket using a straining bag. Left for a week then bottled. Still got sediment in the bottom of the bottles. Next batch after racking off I’ll use finnings and cold crash before bottling. Hopefully improve on an already decent brew

They are great kits. I have the Pilgrims Hope ready to go next. If you are bottle conditioning, you'll always have sediment in the bottle but the beer will clear in the bottle after a few weeks, you just have to pour carefully to leave the sediment behind. I don't bother racking off, just transfer to a clean bucket and bottle from there. I did a video of how I do this so check it out. Happy brewing.

@@G-townbrewer I like the idea of kegs but I wouldn’t know where to start. They aren’t cheap

Hi thanks for the video. If I may ask while bottleing, did you put sugar on each bottles? Thanks and regards. Alp

Hi Alp.Thanks for watching. I generally batch prime so add all of the sugar to my bottling bucket. I did a video on how I bottle my beer which covers batch-priming, so maybe check that one out. kzread.info/dash/bejne/g5WrrK19nbuWh6w.html Cheers!
