was the coffee fresh. poured a little quick. no crema. just got this in the impress. love it. good video thanks. oh. i have tried a couple of store brought beens some are ok . but fresh defienatly better.

If you want to improve the quality of your shots, I highly suggest getting a WDT Distribution Tool. I couldn't help but notice you wife proceeded to tamp an very unevenly distributed puck. Also, it would've been nice to actually see the milk steaming technique, instead of watching the screen.
