best small refractor telescope i've seen and looked through! ;) both optical and mechanical parts are made at very good quality level, for the price. if i had more storage room i'd buy one just to add it to the collection :D

This is quite a nice telescope for the price. I just bought one new in France for 88 Euro though I note the price in the UK is quite a bit more. The tripod alone is worth the money paid. It is well made, strong and should survive knocks.

I have this telescope and my finderscope doesn't show a corrected image. Or, at least, the image is inverted compared to the telescope view.

I am doing something wrong, when I look into it, I see one time a picture then it goes black with slight movement of my eye, the viewfinder is also way too small

I can't get mine to focus. I've findled with the focusser and tried every possible combination of lens. At the moment just trying terrestrial viewing. Any ideas?

Hi, Peter. This telescope was designed to have the 90-degree star diagonal in place for every observation. The diagonal (it's the elbow shaped piece that bends the eyepiece holder at 90-degrees to the optical axis of the telescope) has to be the first item you fit into the focus tube before any other optics are attached. It's important because the focus point will be 40mm or so short without it. This done, start by just inserting the lowest powered eyepiece into the star-diagonal - i.e. the eyepiece with the longest focal length (probably 25mm in your case). If this doesn't correct your problem I suggest that you consult with the supplier as the instrument may be faulty. I hope this helps. KR RJD A&NTV
