I believe and I might be wrong, I think he started the show at age 39? 8 seasons plus 3 movies? So he should have ended playing Data at about 50-ish?

If I was a multimillionaire I would buy him a house and a car all the food he could eat. And just let him be happy for the rest of his days. He and his crew have entertained me for thousands of hours. Love them all

In "All Good Things" Data does have all three pips (is that the correct description?) but only two of them are filled out. Isn´t Data the second in command? That´s why only two are filled.
