As a season ticket holder at both Highbury and Bloomfield Road, and someone desperately wanting the Town to bring off a minor miracle, I was so pleased to watch such a battling performance against the ‘Pool. It was one of Blackpool’s better efforts but not in the same league as Charlie’s team who were gutsy, flowing, resourceful and thoroughly entertaining - by far their best effort this season of the matches I have seen, They were unfortunate to come off second best. If they can turn in as committed a show for their remaining clashes, they still can survive. Thank you for trying.
