Thanks
Im a Swazi bt i must admit south Africa produced good music over the years the a nameless artists who sang good music
Today is when l finally get to see and hear the whole song after 30 plus years of singing the wrong lyrics , but l still love it
Never grow old, talking about good music👌🏿
This track reminds me of the turbulent times I went through during my time as a teenager. My father divorced my mum. Brenda Facie your music remains powerful and still burning. MHSRIEP.....
i just wonder to this day, if she was still alive, lot of things and good music for sure that she could have given...her songs dont expire, songs that resonates so deeply. may her dear soul Continue to RIP, she left behind a legacy that will remain with us forever
I'm in tears right now, nobody will fill that space my super angel ❤❤❤

you can say that again,to her very last days,i remember when people despised her at fnb stadium, until she started playing and the stadium stood as one and respectfully gyrated in unison to that talent which had such command.

The frequency modulation (FM) synthesis engine of the legendary Yamaha DX7 on stage in the 80s ! Boyyyy . . . this thing was a BEASSSSSSST of an FM synthesizer, and to this day, I bought ONE off eBay to keep as a lifetime souvenir becuz NOTHING sounds like it !!! The fact that the Drums and all guitars on stage are actually fake acts (decoration, Not played!) is interesting 😂😂 Shame her voice was ONE in a Million. People have TRIED for decades to create COVERS of this song and ahh ahh . . they Can't REPLICATE the depth and sharpness of her vocal chords 🤣🤣 ALL the covers, using FAR more advanced Technology of today, sound WAYYYY WORSE than her original voice using archaic and limited resources.
Nice one
2023

Taaaa....Arandis was the town...So much happened during this era that makes today meaningless...

One foolish thing to say. Way stupid really. No South African singer or even African continent singer is closest to Brenda Fassie.
What an icon🙌🏾
