What a great actress, she should be given an award, because she is up there with the great's, a British Treasue.

Brenda, awsome and incredibly good actress and lovely character, DCI Vera Stanhope. I love her ironic smile when she catches the murderer.

It's just awesome to watch a detective who is an older woman with intelligence wit and strength instead of the usual 30 year olds who are all "beautiful" to American audiences. I adore Vera and I adore the actress and applaude the producers for engaging older female actors in these kind of serious shows. Keep up the great work. As a Canadian, I love all things British!! Brenda, love you and love your beauty and talent 😗

Phenominal Actress. No-one could have played that character in "Little Voice" any better than her. She is amazing.

what a lovely woman. I am now addicted to watching all of the shows. one of the things I like is that there are at least 8 suspects at the beginning of the show then the guilty party is usually not the one suspected during the show. great writing and acting, love it.

Amazing actress. Have always loved her and her quirky, amazingly human and flawed roles. She loves independent film and it has always shown. Her Vera is also an amazing character.

I absolutely love DI Vera Stanhope! She is so amazing and it is so refreshing to watch a crime drama that is not full of so many distracting characters and you can actually enjoy the solving of the crime and all the characters involved.

Would love to be able to see. Vera on a regular screen, am limited to what they have in our library!!, Fabulous everything, acting, dialogue, scenery story lines , really excellent. Love it.

I can’t tell you how much I love Vera. I await each new season with impatience. Please keep them coming.

Vera is a wonderful show and we watch it every week it's on telly here in Norway. I cant wait for the next seasons, we're still on season 3. I love the actress, she's kind, down to earth and likeable.

Please keep Vera going! I live in Florida USA and watch Vera on Hulu. I am addicted to this show and truly hope it will continue!!! I just love Vera!!!

Wow!! What an intriguing well written, well acted show! Bravo!! Loved this series from the beginning and fell in love with the warm-hearted intelligence of Vera.

Love Dame Brenda Blethyn! One of the wonderful actresses.

A very beautiful lady...most fitting actress in this role.

Love this amazing show as well as the great music--perfect for the show.

Love the character of Vera and Brenda Blethyn plays her so well. And she might look like a bag lady, but she has beautiful peaches and cream skin and lovely hair (thanks to Ms Blethyn). And she does the accent so well.

Yes, there are so many intimations that she's not attractive. I find her quite attractive, actually. I love her face. And her "boring" hair I like too.

Love love Vera always look forward to keeping up with the series we're on season 11 episode 6 need to see more. Brenda you're just awesome. Please go as long as you can. Just love the series you are so believable as VERA.

hay, I grew up in Thanet, St Nicholas at wade. went to school in Broadstairs and Ramsgate....happy memories.

I think she is great can't get enough of the programs, only found out today she came from Ramsgate Kent where I lived in 1948 and went to school there, lived in Queen St just up the road from where she lived, I hope the program goes on for a long time as I really enjoy it. I watch it all the time and I now live in NSW Australia.

Very talented actress totally devoted in her role, I haven't seen such a lady as a decetive
