Wow ... I have done this job countless times too ..I really like how you show that the last bit of the roll just wont bend and you have to "tip" the ends before rolling ..Impressed here ..well done !

I’ve done this a hundred times but not in this scale. Half inch plate my heaviest roll and 4” my heaviest cut. I really appreciate the chamfering between the flute and the roll.

@@peterlochead6662 You haven't got a clue don't you? This "creepy cutter" cuts through 210 mm of steel effortlessly (and thicker)...waterjets, plasma and laser are of no use with these thicknesses.

As a boiler maker I was asked to do this first day new job 200 mm Thick! I said to the boss,Im used to 12mm thick and have never used rollers like this. He said,you;ll be right its no different,I declined,saying I dont want to be the one to make the biggest fuck up ever in your shop. I was honestly intimidated by it..

Very impressive rolling and bending power! At 9 minutes. Its a plate of 16000x2200x150mm. in my calculation it weights about 42t, not 143t..what do they say?
