Hi, there's a nest on my balcony. And I don't have any idea how to deal with the situation. So as it turns out male pigeon is sitting on the eggs during the day and the female should be sitting on the eggs during the night. But the problem is, I haven't seen the female pigeon for the past 2 days.. and they look quite different so I know that the male pigeon has been sitting there all alone. And I'm starting to get worried. He doesn't move at all to get water or eat something. How should I feed him? I'm worried that he will get sick. And the mama bird is not around at all.. would he get scared of me and abandon the eggs? How & what to feed the papa pigeon?

Hi quick question do you get any mice or rats roaming around the loft or were u store in seeds because in uk we get alot of problems

These baby pigeons were now parents to present baby pigeons.

i feed my pigeons outside in my garden its like a small wood and today i opened the food container and found a insect is it normal should i be worried? could it of been a baby cockroach

I feed my breeders straight pellets, their droppings might smell a lot more but their babies will grow a lot faster. Switching ur birds from seed to straight pellets may be difficult as some pigeons are picky eaters.

yeah mine are very fussy, im off pellets atm but will go back on them down the track, your right they do grow much faster

Can you tell which percent pallet you’re using and where you get them i have hard time finding right pellets to my pigeons

I’d be getting more peas in that breeding mix don’t want small seed get small scrawny ybds

us my pigeons food good it contains: -wheat - barley -pearl barley -red corn -green peas -yellow peas -peanut -walnut -sunflower -buckwheat -pearl milet -black oil sunflower -sunflower heart -pumpkin seeds -poppy seeds -sesame seeds -oats -pasta -maple -rice

I hav 30 birds,to feed them how mch quantity need of this food ..

My pigeons are not eating anything why?

for the number of birds you own, you should have purchased a good bag of a breading mix as a base then add your 25% pellets and then the seeds you like.

we only have a basic mix for pigeons here which is few peas and loads of wheat, hence why i make my own, i can buy the pellets, so uncommon to find pre made pigeon mixes :(

You are just learning your birds to eat small seed no good for when they get bigger and you wean them

100 percent don’t want to give breeders small seeds birds will always eat small seed because being lazy give them peas and beans if they don’t eat it to start tough luck have to get used to it

Hey Maney don’t mix the seeds for the breeders give them the straight pellets

Oh no you feed pigeon chicken food that's not good for pigeon you can feed seed high fat sun flower seed, wheat,nut, etc etc but don't feed chicken food because pigeon doesn't eat meat they eat seed and some vegetables and some fruit orange lemon -vitamin c but chicken eats bug we know so chicken and pigeon are not same

Worst mix I've seen so far no variety
