Two problems only and they go hand in hand. I really dislike how close that house is in the backyard and thus I dislike the backyard. I just don’t think for the price point of this house that there should be another house right up against yours and such low amounts of property (no back yard) because of it. I would take this house and slap it down on 5 acres of property with my next neighbor being 1/4 mile down the road

Liiiiiiiisssssstttteeeennnn. I love every inch! Only thing I would do differently is I would not have the dark wood paneling or dark cabinets…I absolutely LOVED THE PREP KITCHEN CABINETS AND COLOR! Whoever you guys hired at stage this home or decorated it. These people are the real deal- they understand the assignment! And I am only may be A 3rd of the way through! I’m not easily impressed, so excellent job so far!

I love the lay out of this house Gorgeous, the staircase and open windows and high ceilings🥰🤩 Pool! Wow!

What a beautiful property, and the floor plan is awesome. I love all the windows that creates an openness throughout the house. 👏🏾

The house is beautiful. However, I found the MB to be really small. While having lots of windows and natural light is awesome, the placement of these throughout the home is kind of wonky. In example, the half bath near the entrance of the home has a huge front facing window, literally next to the toilet and the master bath has windows which face the shower and tub. This would be fine, if the house was surrounded by a couple of acres of land, but the video of the outdoors makes it clear, that’s not the case. Hence, I’m not quite clear on the point of all these windows if for privacy’s sake, you’d have to keep shades on them most of time, or perhaps spend another bunch of $ on having the entire rear of the property surrounded by a privacy screen of tall evergreens.

The primary suite underwhelmed me.

I love this home every aspect of it I just want it on a bigger lot to have a bigger pool. If I'm paying big money for a house like this I want resort style pool. Also the showers are kind of small.

Beautiful design, but I don't like the floor plan much. The long corridor to get to the master bedroom, not really any foyer as you walk straight into the living room, etc

Windows directly behind the cooking area is just crazy… 🤯🙈 Designed for someone that doesn’t cook…

Don’t care too much for the glass doors. I would change those two wooden doors. And some of the glass I will change those over to actual walls. I love the house by two feels so for me. It’s too many windows everywhere I would like a little bit more privacy.

Love it, but I’d hate to pay 2M+ and have my neighbors looking in my back yard.
