Breathing New Life Into a Tired Pottery Barn Sofa and Loveseat

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Hey Guys!
I hope you all enjoy this week's video :) I'm really sorry I didn't upload last Saturday. I had some personal health issues I was dealing with. But I am back now! This project was a really big undertaking for me. I've never used feathers in a project, and I've also never worked on a couch or messed with foam of this magnitude. I just say this not to toot my own horn, but to encourage you guys to take on challenges that seem daunting! You can do anything that you set your mind to. As I said in the video, let me know if you would like to see a video on how I tailor the IKEA slipcovers to the pottery barn sofa. (An amazing saving money hack, am I right??) I think I might attempt to do that soon o.o. Honestly I'm a bit nervous to tackle it myself because I've never done slipcovers before. But it's gotta be easier than doing the slipcover 100% from scratch right? At least I hope so ;)
I hope you all have amazing weeks and I'll see you next Saturday for another DIY video!
Laters!

Haha, omg you’re my kind of girl! The music was perfect. I actually had a feather apocalypse of my own. I already had some down sleeping bags that I made over into (awesome) sofa pillows. Somewhere in the midst of the snow drifts of feathers my husband called and wanted to bring his boss over! I just laughed and told them to come at their own risk. They opted to go elsewhere
