So true. My older brother died last year with 46 years old. I gave a speech on his funeral. Nothing compared to do something like Nick did. But I struggled with myself after every single sentence to not to fall in tears. I haven't slept in the night before the funeral. Actually I haven't really slept for a couple of weeks after knowing that my brother died. And that boy (Nick) stood on the stage and was performing like nothing happened. That's strength!

Sadly I lost my father back in 2015 from alcoholism, he was found dead in bed. I cut contact with him finally after 34 years, and then 24 days later he was dead. I tried to hard to get him help but he just wasn’t willing to help himself, so I had to walk away for my own mental health, but would be there for him when he chose to get help and make the first move. I’m still cut up and Aaron’s passing has bought it all back to me. I broke down at work today when I thought of my dad x

Such a beautiful and spectacular performance by the best band ever. Nicks solo was amazing. The pained look through his swollen eyes brought me to tears. I’ve always said Nick is a survivor and consummate performer. He’s been through so much but nothing stops him. I admire him as not only an awesome human but as one of the best performers ever and I’ve lived a very long time. You tried with Aaron, but you can’t save someone from themselves. God Bless you Nick. Carry on and know you did your best. RIP Aaron. ❤️

Nick versus with Show me the Meaning to Breathe is spot on. I’m sure this has forever changed him how he will sing the songs. It’s worse when someone suddenly passed because of an addiction. Found new respect for all of them after this show.
