Of course, speed does not outweight the natural laws of the universe, and so a man's still gotta eat. Stopping for snackies isn't a time loss, it's a time _save._ (Of -30 minutes, even!) Making it to Hyrule Castle on his -first- best try, he speedily snags some special bags by spreading his spatial senses to the second squared dimension, and sneakily swiping the stock of the beasties he sniffs out. In the meantime, the summarizer in the comments searched "thesaurus synonyms for speed," because it seemed she was in dire need of some new vocabulary. Still, Quin's alacrity does not come without a cost, as his ability to fly comes with the loss of his ability to glide. Fall damage canceling after a trick was useful during the many hours of the Plateau, but someone should surely remind him that he now has a paraglider attached to his back. That would be much simpler to use, no? Then again, perhaps the cause of his misjudgment is the aura of Ganon's castle making people's heads cloudy. Some of those Guardians can't even determine grass from true people anymore... not to mention that one that shot a tree... isn't it meant to be Artificial _Intelligence?_ Still, we reach the Sanctum with haste. *Thus concludes our (mis)adventures for today.*

That windbomb was a thing of beauty. I'm legitimately awed, Quin, wtf. I haven't slept for more than 3 consecutive hours, or more than 5 in total each night all week, insomnia is kicking my ass - but my snake's about to have his first skinning, and Quin uploads, and botw to boot! So I'm good, honestly. (tho ill take a nap after the video 😅)

well, tbh he canonically can summon a lightning ghost and slow down time so clipping thru walls doesn't seem too odd

I love the commitment to doing the fall damage cancel istead of using the paraglider

It's really fun watching Quin speed runs because of the commentary and I know if I tried I wouldn't have the patience but Quin and Binkus have alot of patience.

I'm loving this series so much. Perfect way to start my morning.

He's back and faster than ever

I believe in you Quin. I listened to a radio story about a guy who wanted to do a documentary on people who do nation-wide memory competitions, and after reading into it enough he entered one and just won it on accident.

He's so good at speedruns he's doin the Botw and The Hollow Knight speedrun at the same time.

Quin to properly use a bls you have to always have your joystick pointed in a certain direction, basically if your joystick is in the middle and not facing a direction you'll end up just falling. It's also noteworthy how Link is always faced backwards when you do the trick, that's because the bomb is pushing link, and because he is holding it in front of him it is always going to push him backwards. So putting all of that together while you are rotating the joystick back and forth you can change the direction of Link in the air and then continue sliding back and forth. (Sorry if this did not make sense)

Been watching for the longest time and I never get bored with new content. This is how to do youtube correctly.

@@QuinBoBin That's good to hear. I'm not very good with wind bombs, but I can do the blss ok. You nailed the idea about how hard it is to change direction once you're flying around with blss! It takes a bit of practice, but you're well on your way to mastering it.

guys Quin isn’t actually bad at speedrunning, he’s actually insane at it. There’s so much added to the run timer that it actually loops back around and this causes him to have a significantly lower time than the best WR there ever will be, Quinkus is 5head and 100 steps ahead of the curve

theres actually 4 main routes iirc, theres the old castle route, theres the new castle route, theres another new route that is... different (you go somwhere else when you do the scope clip, I don't know that one very well...), and theres also a new bug limit route I'm pretty sure, though that last one I'm not too sure about, but I sort of remember something like that.
