7:12 You're correct! The tenants with armories are all named after weapons manufacturers - most are just muddled from translation. Heckler (Hekkler), Baretta (Beretta), Leminton (Remington), Karashnikofu (Kalashnikov)... all arms manufacturers and 100% intentional in their names.

I actually didn't realize that Hekkeller was a weapon manufacturer name. In retrospect I also should have realized Karashinikofu was BoF2's way of saying Kalashnikov

*** A correction about Tenant Kay taken from the BOF2 Handbook - Errata File: *** Kay gives all characters in your party (not just active members) immunity to poison, until after they are struck with 32 poison-based attacks (in addition to attacks which naturally 'Miss' your characters). Kay will give this gift even if you already have it, and it will reset your party's 'poison immunity counter' back to 32. In my opinion, this makes House 1 a choice between either Kay or Hekeller. The only other way to prevent the Poison status effect is to hunt down some ShinyBR/Light Brace accessories, and that can take a while...

Appreciate this clarification! This definitely makes more sense then it only being useful once

It's crazy that you can screw yourself out of some good stuff if you didn't realize that each tenant was locked to a specific house.

As far as I can recall, there's nothing in game to indicate that tenants will only reside in specific houses either, back in 1994 it's pure trial and error.

I didn't think to update the video anywhere, however apparently if you just say "No" to him, he comes clean. I haven't actually checked myself though
